Within these recorded ceremonies you will receive higher-dimensional energetic transmissions and guided healings which have been channelled in Divine service to re-code and recalibrate your DNA in alignment with the highest good. It is recommended that you allow at least 24 hours between receiving these transmissions.

Over the coming days to weeks you may experience shifts in your frequency, emotional state and perception as these codes integrate within your system. Please note, this is completely normal as you collapse old patterns, beliefs and programmes to calibrate to your highest frequency. You must be willing to purge the old, to create space for the new.

The following advice is designed to support you in your integration process:

• As you calibrate to higher frequencies it is not uncommon for your physical vessel to tire more easily and require more rest. It is advised you create time where possible to honour your bodies needs to do so if you feel tired.

• Be sure to stay hydrated and well nourished throughout the calibration process and beyond. This is one of the most potent ways to keep your channel clear.

• You may find yourself riding a bit of an emotional rollercoaster over the coming days as old paradigms dismantle to create space to rebuild the new. All that is no longer in service to your highest good will come to the surface to be witnessed and released; during this time please be extra loving and compassionate towards yourself. Give yourself a private and safe space to feel everything that arises without attachment, whether that is sadness, anger, rage, grief, joy, bliss, love...all is welcome.

• Explore safe and loving embodiment rituals that allow you to express and move through your emotions fully such as meditation, journaling, dancing, singing, sounding, intuitive movement etc.

• Take some time daily to connect with your heart space. You can do this in meditation or even when making your breakfast. Allow yourself to be still, place both hands over your heart space and breathe gently through your nose, sending the breath down towards the heart, intentionally expanding this space energetically on the exhale. Repeat a few times per day.

• You may wish to receive these transmissions more than once. Each time you repeat them you will receive new light code information and expand your capacity to hold higher light frequencies.
