Helen went from obsessing over the external in complete shut down to her body to feeling an unreal depth of connection that she had never felt before!
Before working with Sarah I had started realising I was neglecting myself and could feel my confidence fading, the self doubt creeping in and just not feeling good enough for my new career path. The nudge of ‘its time’ became almost too loud to bear and the yearning to heal others and to be of service. I just wanted to have it all figured out but I knew I wasn’t being truly open and honest with myself as I could feel these emotions rising that I was scared to death of.
Something I now can tell you has completely changed since working with Sarah. The phrase ‘just be’ springs to mind and I can honestly say I don’t think I have ever felt my body and my emotions this deeply. I trust myself more and listen to my needs first without rushing ahead and missing out the middle. I started this journey because I wanted to find out who I was and now I look in the mirror and smile because I am proud of the woman I am becoming!
I've learnt to nurture myself from deep within and as these qualities rise within me I think what the hell have I been missing out on! I can now hold myself through it all and trust that everything is exactly where it needs to be.
My connection to my body now is unreal - I feel more confident and small steps are feeling like big leaps for me!

The way she holds the space is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before - I’ve worked with coaches, spiritual mentors and healers but I’ve never experienced the level of empowerment that she has brought to me. We did some work deep in the underworld and I learnt what sacrifice truly is. I learned what it felt like to be reborn. It was really deep energetic work but she has this incredible ability of guiding you to be your own healer and she helps you reconnect to your body, to feel the energy and move it.
